This course will take you through an overview of the Microsoft Intune Interface, some of the basic functionality on device including renaming, finding Bitlocker keys, local admin passwords and more.

Manual Autopilot Enrolment for Intune

This course provides the steps of joining an out of the box (new) device to to a schools Intune setup using Autopilot manual enrolment. Some devices will be supplied already enrolled in Autopilot from the manufacturer.

Teams Phone - Modern Calling System

This online course provides an overview for ICT Sales and Support Staff to help understand customer options, the variances in set-up and trouble shoot issues.

Use the Expand option to view the topics and courses where additional learning pages are availalbe. You progress will be automatically marked as completed as you work through each section but you will need to have completed the quizzes to achieve your certification for this course.

Mastering Accessibility: Making Learning Possible

Technology can be a great support for those that need accessibility support but can also be a barrier.

This course supports the SEND Ordinarily Available Provision, covering a number of settings that can be applied to commonly used technologies ‘out of the box’ as the core learning content, with additional modules that focus on some specific technologies.

The core content aims to raise your awareness of settings which will may be of use to all learners.

This course is divided into the modules outlined below.

  • Each module will be marked as complete as you work through them.
  • You can select to navigate through the modules in whatever order suits your needs allowing you to revisit them at any time.
  • The modules have been created so that on completion of each you will be awarded a badge while successful completion of specifically bundled modules will award you with a certificate

This is a vast subject area and the content has been developed for a broad range of users.
Your school’s Group Leader may have assigned specific modules based on your role within school.
