For Courses:

Each school and Multi Academy Trust has it’s own Group Manager for your iLearn environment who should be contacted in the first instance. If they are unable to help, the ICT Service Support staff are on hand too – please use the form on this page to contact us.

It all takes place in your Learner Dashboard area. From this page you can click straight on to any online courses which you or your institution has access to.

Following completion of any of our online courses, you will be automatically generated a Certificate of Completion from the system. You can download your certificates at any time in PDF format from your Learner Dashboard area.

If you are a Group Manager, you will find support links on your Group Management page which you can access from the Members Area drop down menu.

Each school and or Multi Academy Trust (MAT) elected a Group Manager when signing up for an iLearn course. Contact Us for more information if

  • You’re not sure who that person is
  • If that person no longer works for the school or MAT
  • You believe you are a Group Manager but cannot access the Group Manager page.
